We base our fees on the type and amount of services we provide for you, and request payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Discover, MasterCard and VISA. We also offer various financial arrangements.

Our mission is to actively involve you in your own treatment planning, consistent with your needs and wants. We're pleased to help you enjoy all the benefits your dental insurance offers. If your company has aspecial claim form, please bring one with you - we'll be glad to help you file it. Please note that you, as the receiver of care, are ultimately responsible for paying your obligations.
